Michael Scotto retired as a lieutenant with Tower Ladder 58 in the Bronx, having served 43 years with the Fire Department of New York. He is a national fire instructor 1 and 2 and a New York state and Orange County fire instructor. Scotto is a U.S. Department of homeland security master exercise practitioner.
