Nicholas Papa is a lieutenant with the New Britain (CT) Fire Department, where he has served for nearly 15 years. He is the author of the best-selling book "Coordinating Ventilation: Supporting Extinguishment & Survivability. Nick is also the founder and lead instructor of the fire service training organization, Fireside Training LLC.
