Dr. Pepe, a 9-1-1 physician-responder since the 1970s, heads the so-called 'Eagles' Global Alliance. He founded and was 1st President-Elect of NAEMSP and later was cited by ACEP as 'the most accomplished EMS physician of our generation'. Awarded NAEMT's 2020 Medical Director of the Year, he remains honored for innovation, hundreds of groundbreaking research studies and leadership under fire.
