Speakers

Paul Watlington is a battalion chief of training in the Burlington (NC) Fire Department. He has an associate degree in fire protection and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in emergency management. He has been a volunteer firefighter since 2000 and a career firefighter since 2004. He writes and speaks on leadership, fire service training, officer development, and the driver/operator role.
