Ron Kanterman is a 48-year fire service veteran who served 30 years on the line, 24 as a chief officer. He is an executive inspector with the Fire Department of New York Fire Prevention Bureau. He has been teaching at the college level for 33 years and at FDIC for 25 years. He has a BS and two master’s degrees. He's been published more than 250 times, including nine texts.
