Tim O’Connor is a firefighter/EMT for the Port Penn (DE) Fire Company. He has been in the fire service for 19 years and has held various positions during that time up to and including deputy chief. He is lead instructor with Back to Basics Firefighter Training and an instructor at the State Fire School. He has an associate’s degree in fire science and teaches nationally.
