Todd McNeal is a more than 29-year veteran of the fire service and chief of Dixon (CA) Fire. He has been instructing in the fire service for more than 16 years and has numerous Incident Command System qualifications in wildland operations. He serves on a Federal Incident Management Team as a Division/Group supervisor, a position he has held for the past 15 years.
