FDIC International is North America’s premier training event for the fire and rescue industry. For one week, more than 38,000 attendees from across the world come together to access expert-led education, immersive hands-on training, invaluable networking opportunities, and the industry’s latest innovations from 850+ exhibitors.

FDIC International takes place annually at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

The event date for FDIC International 2027 is April 12-17, 2027.

Meals are not included* as a part of your FDIC registration package. *Exceptions apply only to those who attend Hands-on Training (H.O.T.) sessions at off-site locations.  

Send more, save more! FDIC International offers discounted Group Plans for departments registering 3 or more attendees. Group discounts are available only for the Training All-Inclusive and Conference registration packages. Learn more about group packages and pricing here. 

Please check with the US Embassy to find out whether you require a visa to enter the United States. We always recommend you check regularly for the latest travel updates. We recommend you apply for a US visa as early as possible due to ongoing processing delays and longer wait times for visa appointments. 

If you require a letter of invitation, please register to attend. Once you have registered, you can use the Visitor Hub (coming soon) to request and download a customized visa invitation letter.

We accept all major credit cards on-site.  We no longer accept cash payments. 

If you need to cancel your registration, please review our cancellation policy below and reach out to  fdic@clarionevents.com. 

Cancellation Policy:

If a FDIC International customer wishes to cancel or substitute their registration, they have the following options:  

• In order to receive a refund, minus a $120 administration fee, all cancellations must be requested in writing to fdic@clarionevents.com by Friday, February 26, 2027. Organizer is not required to refund any portion of monies previously paid by Customer after Friday, February 26, 2027. 

• Substitutions may be made by notifying our registration office in writing by Friday, February 26, 2027 and sent to fdic@clarionevents.com.  

In the event of any cancellation, re-location, reduction in scale, or any rescheduling of an Event, the event organizer, in its sole and absolute discretion, may (but shall not be obliged to) either:  

• refund to the Customer such portion of any fees already paid by the Customer as the Organizer, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems to be fair, reasonable and appropriate in the circumstances and, without limitation, having regard to the costs and expenses incurred by Organizer in connection with the Event, or  

• transfer their registration to a deferred Event.

The best airport to fly into is Indianapolis International (IND). 

Yes, we have a shuttle service that runs to and from the Indiana Convention Center to key hotels within Indianapolis.  Click here to view the shuttle routes and schedule.  

Attendee group housing works as follows:

Group Plans 3-9  
The main contact can book housing for the number of members within their group allotment through the Visitor Hub (coming soon) or our Hotel & Travel page. If you book over your allotment, we will cancel those rooms.  

Group Plans 10+  
Our housing partner, Connections Housing, will reach out to the main contact directly to get hotel reservations made for the number of members within the group allotment and try to place all group members in the same hotel. You may also contact Connections Housing for further assistance:

These sessions are available only to registrants with one of the following badge types:

Note: One-Day Conference and Exhibits badge holders are not eligible to attend these sessions. 

For Training All-Inclusive registrants, up to 20 hours of training are included in the registration package. For Conference and Hands-on Training + Exhibits Only registrants, these sessions are available at an additional cost. View session add-on pricing here. Pre-registration is required for all H.O.T. Classroom Sessions and High-Intensity Training Sessions (HITS)

Sponsored Sessions, Drill Yard & Sim Yard Training
These sessions are open to all FDIC registration badge holders. No additional registration is required to attend sponsored-content sessions. Pre-registration is required to participate in the Drill Yard or Sim Yard sessions.

Certificates of attendance are available to download here through the end of the year (12/31/26). After 12/31/26, we will no longer have access to 2026 training certificates.

Unfortunately, we no longer have access to certificates of attendance from previous years.
